Jeremy and I are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our baby girl, Ava Lucille, but it's still at least a couple weeks more of simmering in mommy's stewpot. Just a great big incubator! At least I feel big- folks say I don't look it but you put on 40 extra pounds in 9 months and try getting up out of bed in the morning! Or touching your toes for that matter!
So, yesterday was officially the beginning of the 36 week mark. Her head is down so she's positioned right for delivery. Our blood pressure is good and her heartbeat is strong. She goes thru periods of sleeping and then she does some stretching with some occasional spaztastic bursts (just like her daddy!). By the end of a day, (like now) I get pretty worn out. I've been taking iron supplements for almost two months now cuz my little mooch and I have to share our oxygen supply, but other than that, we're just running out of space to share and the reality of how life is about to change is really sinking in. OMG! I'm so nervous but I really can't wait to meet her!
